A customer centric, collaborative and commercially thinking design leader with over 10 years experience, across Private, Government and Public sectors, of leading and managing design teams across Service Design, User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Content Design, Accessibility and User Research.
Working with well known household names such as Siemens, BT, EE, PlusNet, UKHSA, NHS, Jet2.com and Jet2 Holidays, my role is to build and guide teams / individuals to champion the voice of the customer(s), identify and validate customer needs and pain points, develop and test solutions in order to seek continuous improvement for both customer(s) and employees.
